Message Remember the radiator cap keeps the system pressurized, else the coolant would boil. It might be 100 psi in there, or "normal" might only be mid-30s, but I can't see it being any lower. Since it's bound to have a hefty safety margin built in for hot days + high boost + sub-optimum cooling, I highly doubt 60 psi is a threat.
